What we collect

We collect the email address and name you provide at sign-up; the company profile information, statutory documents, and tender ZIPs you upload; and basic usage telemetry (request paths, timestamps, error traces) for service operation.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver the TenderPulse service: extracting your company profile, classifying tender documents, computing fit scores, and answering your queries. We do not sell or rent customer data.

Where it lives

Customer data is stored in AWS ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). Document processing involves AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5, Cohere embeddings) and AWS Textract. Payment processing is handled by EPS (Easy Payment System), licensed by Bangladesh Bank.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@publicpulse.com.bd. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
