TenderPulse

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 May 2026

This is a placeholder Terms of Service. Final terms will be reviewed by Law Legacy Bangladesh and posted within Day 2 of public launch.

The service

TenderPulse is an AI-assisted bid preparation tool for the Bangladesh e-GP procurement portal. Outputs from TenderPulse — including fit scores, eligibility extractions, and copilot answers — are decision-support, not legal or financial advice. Verify all PPR 2008 citations against the official Public Procurement Rules 2008 before submitting any bid.

Plans and billing

Each paid plan covers a 30-day period. Payments are processed by EPS (Easy Payment System) under their merchant terms. Plans do not auto-renew today; you will receive a renewal reminder three days before expiry.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, don’t attempt to bypass quotas, and don’t use TenderPulse to assist with collusion or bid-rigging. We may suspend accounts on credible reports of misuse.

Liability

Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, our aggregate liability is capped at amounts you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes subject to the courts of Dhaka.
