Refund Policy

This is a placeholder Refund Policy. Final policy will be reviewed by Law Legacy Bangladesh and posted within Day 2 of public launch.

Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no card is collected and there’s nothing to refund.

30-day passes

Each paid plan covers a 30-day prepaid period. Within the first 7 days of a fresh purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing info@publicpulse.com.bd, provided you have processed fewer than two tender analyses on that plan.

Failed payments

If EPS reports a failure, no charge is captured. If you see a charge but no plan upgrade after 30 minutes, contact us and we will reconcile with EPS within 2 business days.

Service unavailability

If TenderPulse is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period, you may request a pro-rata credit on your next renewal.
